PAUL MCCARTNEY OWNED AND WORN SUIT DISPLAY-Unique 3 1/2"x5 3/4", 1/2" thick clear lucite holder with swivel base with custom art graphics and an actually swatch from a dark gray, black velvet collar, suit coat (black lining) worn by Paul circa 1963-64. Acquired through the British auction house of Cooper & Owen. The suit coat/jacket has the tailor label removed and was probably donated to a charity, at some time, as the jacket is autographed twice (lapel area and interior liner). After careful inspection and consideration it was determined that a small fragment of material (left by the tailor) could be removed without compromising the the integrity of the coat. The material was removed from the interior lining. The removal was done by a professional seamstress. Each swatch will be unique in pattern, but all will be of similar size (3/8"x3/4"). Both sides of the swatch can be viewed in this unique display. We have also added three (3) actual b/w film frames from a vintage reel of film from the movie "A Hard Day's Night." PAUL MCCARTNEY SIGNED BEATLES "RARITIES" ALBUM-Original "RARITIES" album signed nicely in gold paint pen. This was signed in the mid 90's and was obtained by a Capitol Records employee. At the time, the employees of Capitol were informed that Paul McCartney would join a meeting, in the Capitol Tower in Hollywood, concerning one of Paul's solo projects. The employees were instructed not to bother Mr. McCartney. However, during the course of the meeting, when the room warmed up, there was a "meet and greet Paul" moment when the employee pulled out this LP and asked Paul to sign it. Obviously he did as here it is. This comes with a COA from FRANK CAIAZZO, the leading Beatles autograph authenticator. In the COA it states that this is a rare title to find signed by any Beatles and the first known copy of this album that has been signed by Paul McCartney. The cover rates a VG+ and the record a NM-.
