BEATLES YMCA CONCERT STAGE DISPLAY-A clear, 3 x 4 inch by 1/4 inch thick, plastic holder containing an actual piece of wood stage section from the Birkenhead YMCA in England. Brian Epstein, the Beatles manager, wanted the Beatles to improve their image by playing in more respectable venues, so shortly after Ringo joined the Beatles, he had them play at the Birkenhead YMCA on 8 September, 1962. Their reception was less than was hoped for as many fans were not pleased with the sacking of popular Beatles drummer Pete Best. This was one of the first Beatles concert with the new drummer Ringo Star. This piece of stage was removed from a section of the actual stage the Beatles played on. It was recovered during a restoration project and issued as part of a collectible fund raiser by the Birkenhead YMCA. $14.00

JOHN LENNON & PAUL MCCARTNEY WORN CLOTHING DISPLAY-Unique 3 1/2"x5 3/4", 1/2" thick clear lucite holder with swivel base with colorful graphics and an actual swatch from a pair of black trousers/pants worn by John Lennon in 1967. Originally acquired in the early 80's directly from Gordon Millings whose father was the owner of Millings & Son tailor shop. This was the famous tailor shop used by the Beatles, many movie stars, and other important music figures. Acquired through the British auction house of Cooper & Owen. The trousers have the original Millings and Son bevo label and the additional label with hand written notes with a "John Lennon July 1967." After careful inspection and consideration it was determined that a small fragment of material (left by the tailor) could be removed without compromising the integrity of the trousers. The material was removed from the cuff area. The removal was done by a professional seamstress. The display also contains a swatch from a dark gray, black velvet collar, suit coat worn by Paul McCartney circa 1963-64. Acquired through the British auction house of Cooper & Owen. The suit coat/jacket has the tailor label removed and was probably donated to a charity, at some time, as the jacket is autographed twice (lapel area and interior liner). After careful inspection and consideration it was determined that a small fragment of material (left by the tailor) could be removed without compromising the integrity of the coat. The material was removed from the interior seam area. The removal was done by a professional seamstress. To make this an even more incredible display we have added an actual color film frame showing John and Paul at the mike at Shea Stadium. What a wonderful display! This display comes with a laminated COA card on the swatch and one for the film frames. THIS IS THE ULTIMATE DISPLAY FOR THE GREATEST SONG WRITING TEAM IN HISTORY. $95
